The time will be 3:40 only because only one point of time is taken all over a country (for example in India standard meridian is taken as the time all over India)

City A is located on 68° E and 27°N and local time in this city is 3:40 PM, While City B is located on 97° E and 28° N. So what is the time in City B ?
