I'm action packed for Monday and I'm so stressed out, does anyone have any ideas on what I should do to relieve me from stress?​

take a nice bubble bath, meditate (just sit down and breathe for ten minutes and clear your mind, this rlly helps!!) and make sure you get enough sleep. if you have any incense you should light one and if you have anything lavender scented rub a little on your pillow to sleep well :) hope this helps!!
