Answer: It is created through pressure from the earth and the dead remains of animals and/or plants from millions of years ago

Explanation: Fossil fuel are unrenewable energy sources, they take way more time to form than it takes to use them up, a large amount of fossil fuel comes from the carboniferous time period when the trees had alot of carbon to take in resulting in a abnormally large sized species of organisms than today.
