What is the value of for -6a^-3b^2 for a=-2 and b=4?

- 6 * ({ - 2})^( - 3) * ({4})^(2) =


- 6 * ({ - (1)/(2) })^(3) * 16 = \\


- 6 * ( - (1)/(8)) * 16 = \\

16 simplifies to by 8 and equals 2


- 6 * ( - 2) = 12
