how would you use the tenth amendment of the constitution to support the idea that the federal government should not assume more power than it already has? Please help lots of points!

Amendment X: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

This means the bill of rights will not change the character of the government. I hope you get the idea, it's really hard to explain. I'm no expert
