Answer and Explanation:

The title of the book is "Of Mice and Men" it was written by John Steinbeck and tells the story of two men who migrate from region to region working on several farms. These men are called George Milton and Lennie Small, they plan to save money and buy a farm for themselves and that was it, to have a more peaceful life and to have a home. The story takes place in 1937 in California.

The author's objective in writing this story is to tell experiences that he had and that he observed in other workers. This is because the author himself was once a migrant farm worker and recognizes the hard life and desires that workers of this type have. He believed that his experiences and thoughts would compose a good story about friendship, survival, work and dreams.
