In general how does perimeter "a" affect y=a(b x-c)?​

A affects the slope of the graph.

When a is less than 1, the amplitude of the graph decreases which causes the slope of the graph to appear more flat.

When a is greater than 1, the amplitude of the graph increases which causes the slope of the graph to appear more steep.
