Simplify 2/3(b+c) to 2(b+c)/3
a=2(b+c)/3
Multiply both sides by 3
a * 3 = 2(b+c)
Regroup terms
3a=2(b+c)
Divide both sides by 2
3a/2 = b+c
Subtract c from both sides
3a/2 - c = b
Switch sides
b = 3a/2 - c
