You would do 16.50 divided by 3 to get the cost of one of the tickets so that would be 5.5 and then multiply by 2 to get 11! So your answer is 11

Explanation:
3 tickets = $16.50
1 tickets = $16.50/3
= $5.5
2 tickets = $2×5.5
= $11.00
