Answer: D

Explanation:

(Using the formula in my attachment)

x^2 − 6x + 19

(x - 3)^2 = x^2 - 6x + 9

9 - e = 19

e = -10

(x - 3)^2 - e

(x - 3)^2 - - 10

(x - 3)^2 + 10

when x - 3 = 0, x = 3

Subsitute 3 into the equation

(3 - 3)^2 + 10

0 + 10

Minimum (3,10) in this case f(3) = 10
