Which directions do the wind blow in Arctic Circle and in the Tropic of Cancer?

Answer:

Wind travels west because of the way the earth spins. Up in the tropic of cancer the wind blows east because then since heat rises the air travels over to the Arctic circle. Then settles down and goes back to the topic of cancer. Both winds between the equator and the tropic of Cancer/Capricorn blow west.
