PLEASE HELP ASPPP!!!Federalism places limits on state governments' power by:

A. preventing states from collecting their own taxes to fund the
government.
B. stopping states from passing their own laws on most issues.
C. letting the federal government stop states from passing certain
laws.
D. allowing the federal government to get rid of state governments.

The answer is A or C. I just tried to narrow it down because technically both answer are true just go with whichever you think or know to be true. Sorry I wasn’t much help:( hope you get it right:)
