a=10

b=37

Explanation:

a+5 is equal to the opposite line, 15. 10+5=15 therefore, a must equate to 10

3b is the same angle as 111 therefore 3*b has to equate to 111. 111 divided by 3 equals 37. B has to then equate to 37 to make the proper angle.
