True, the justice in school would be sending a bully or someone who did something bad to the principals office, getting a referral, suspended, or expelled, the fairness is that if you saw the fight, and did t join it, you dont get any punishment since you did t take part in it.

Teachers are always right no matter what. If a teacher claims a student did something wrong, they are automatically believed. There is no due process (innocent until proven guilty) for the student. Another example is about fights. If a student is hit by a bully, that student cannot defend him or herself unless he or she wishes to face reprocussions. In the end, they both get sent to the office and face the exact same punishment even if only one student was at fault.
