The loss of self-esteem from emotional abuse is devastating to children because they need that support and attention at a young age. If you are a parent and saying your child isn’t doing good enough when they’re trying their hardest or saying they just aren’t enough in general that causes a lot of mental damage in their early years as well as their older years adults. So they need that extra push to try and time around the guardian they are around.
