So I got up from the couch and started to walk towards the phone, I called my parents and told them what happened, but since they were out of town they couldn’t do anything except for tell me to call the police. So I called the police and they said “they will be here in 15 minutes.”So in the meantime I grabbed the bat from my parents room And got ready just in case the person Got in.But luckily they couldn’t get in, in time because the police were already outside. The lesson I learned was to always keep the door locked.
