Rainsford noticed that Zaroff was a man that loved hunting.When Rainford sat with General Zaroff at the dinner table he explained how he had got bored of hunting and needed more of a challenge.Zaroff tells Rainsford that he has a surving game wich makes Raindford realize he may be in trouble.
