Answer: About 14
Work: 200 divided by 15 (200/15) is 13.3 repeating. That’s not a solid number so you have to round up. He will have extra money but if you don’t round up he won’t have enough

200=15x
take this equation divide both sides by 15 and you get 13.3. but seeing as you can't cut .3 of someone's hair you would say about 14.
