My Answer:

The answer is only men have voting rights OR letter B.

My Explanation:

According to the 2015 US Department of State report on Israel, "The law provides citizens the ability to choose their government in free and fair periodic elections based on universal and equal suffrage, and citizens exercised this ability." Elections held in March 2015 were considered free and fair by observers.

I just did the quiz on edge and it was correct, you're welcome!
