Your brother is playing Little League football and you enjoy watching his practices. Everything seems to be going well except the coaches do not allow the players to have water during practice. What is your reaction?

I would go up to the coach, and have a talk with him. "Kids or anybody/people need water and we could get dizzy and Etc if we don't get water." something like I would say, other than that I would just yell at him. But again PEOPLE NEEEEEEEED WATER PERIODT.
