Answer is C because B and D don’t have a variable in them and it isn’t A because the sign says she can spend more than or equal to 200 and that’s not correct

Answer: It is C

Explanation:

The options were D & C because they were less than 200. Then you have to look at the 20. If the 20 has the (s) like stated, then that means it is your answer. The (s) stands for sweaters.
