Answer:

You have to either make the fraction a decimal, or you have the decimal a fraction. Also when making it into a fraction, you should have the same denominator.

You can convert the fractions into a decimal, or a decimal into a fraction. I find that fractions into decimals is easier because with fractions you have the added step of making sure the two numbers have the same denominator.

Also, if you type in the numerator of the fraction divided by the denominator into a calculator, it will automatically give you the decimal. It is a lot harder to convert decimal into fractions if your calculator doesn’t do it.
