I’m not really sure of my answer but okay

European Union citizens have the right to free movement, settlement and employment across the Union. EU citizens are free to trade and transport goods, services and capital through EU state borders, with no restrictions on capital movements or fees.

Answer:

The EU is the European Union, a group of united European countries that have made a Military and social agreement with one another. People in countries allied with the EU can cross other EU countries borders and can live in any EU country without need for further citizenship.

Hope this helped!
