Work Shown:

Length of AC = 10-4 = 6 units (I'm subtracting the x coordinates)

Length of A'C' = 25-10 = 15 units

Scale factor = (A'C')/(AC) = 15/6 = 5/2 = 2.5 = 2 & 1/2

Triangle A'B'C' has side lengths that are 2 & 1/2 times longer compared to the corresponding sides of triangle ABC.
