This sounds like it's describing what a credit card would do. A credit card is basically a piece of plastic you use to get microloans that you pay back, and there's a revolving line of credit. You can overdraw your checking account (assuming you have overdraft protection) but it's not the same as a credit card and the product/service you are trying to buy likely won't work.
