Hi please help! How does a desk lamp heat up a room through all three modes of heat transport (convection, radiation,and conduction!

There are three modes of heat transfer; conduction, convection and radiation.

Conduction occurs when the heat is transfered from the interior of the lamp to the material with which the desk lamp is made. The air surrounding the desk lamp is heated and moves upwards and is replaced by cooler air, this is convection.

Also, the heat from the desk lamp travels through space to be felt by someone standing a few distance from the lamp. This is heat transfer by radiation.
