Deforestation is a major problem within the ecosystem. It destroys thousands of animals’ habitats and takes away from the limited oxygen supply that Earth has. One possible solution would be to set up punitive guidelines for lumber companies that restrict cutting around the habitats of endangered animals. Another solution would be for lumber companies to find an alternative way to use wasted wood as product.
