Does this set of ordered pairs represent a function? {(–4, 3), (5, –9), (11, 4), (9, 6), (5, –3), (8, –9), (1, 4)}

A function is defined as a relationship where all x values (or inputs) have 1 unique y value (or output).

Based on this, the set of ordered points does not represent a function because 5 is used twice and has 2 distinct y values
