How old is the sun and since it's birth, how has the sun changed?

The sun is 4.6 Billion years old. The sun burns hydrogen into helium in its core, the core starts to collapse and heat up causing the other layers of the sun to grow larger. But in the last 4.6 billion years it hasn’t grown more than 20%
