y= 23, 11, -13
you can do this by moving the +6x to the opposite side of the equal sign by subtracting and making it negative (it turns into y=11-6x). then you replace the x in y+6x=11 with the values for x that you already have, (example: y=11-6(-2)) for each of the values and you solve them each.
