The mother is 56 and the daughter is 14. You can figure this out because the question says that the daughter is a teenager (this means between 13 and 19). You can subtract 14 from 70 to get 56. When you multiply 56 and 14, you get 784. Quotient means to divide. 56 divided by 14 equals 4.
So the answer is 4.
