What do you think your life would be like if the British or the French had controlled Texas instead of the Spanish? What things to do see, use, say, and think about on a regular basis would be different if the Spanish cultural influence had not been present.

Too much to explain, but heres a few: culture, food, even entire cities and well know areas would be completely different, its hard to imagine what that part of the US would be like today. ;)
