The development that helped the revolution was the communist party and the suffering of World War I. The war was the final blow of Russian leader Czar. Later his wife fell into the hands of a monk who spread corruption throughout the government.

Answer:

For years American colonists experienced salutary neglect from England. This made the Americans feel separate from the British people like they were not from the same country. Also, they saw how British soldiers acted during the French-Indiana war, forcing themselves into American houses and eating their food; this appalled them. Finally, after these years of separation, England decided to tax colonists but not give them a say in government, angering many Americans. These developments along with a few others such as the Boston Massacre led to the Revolutionary War.
