If the I.S.S is in our upper atmosphere, is there gravity there?

What do you think? (try to come up with 2 reasons to support your answer) Please answer!

There is gravity up there.

1. The I.S.S. is not floating away from Earth because there is enough gravity to keep it in orbit.

2. It looks like there is no gravity because the astronauts can float, but the I.S.S. is constantly being pulled in and at the same time falling away, which causes it to stay in orbit.
