From trignometery identities , we know that :-


{ \sin^(2)(theta) } + { \cos^(2)(theta) = 1}


= { \sin^(2)(theta) } = 1 - { \cos^(2)(theta) }

Here further solving this , we get


\sin(theta) = \sqrt{ {1 - \cos^(2)(theta)} }
