To Find :

An algebraic expression to model the given context.

Solution :

Total money in given context is :

M = Principal amount + ( 0.5% interest on principal amount )


M=P+(0.5)/(100)P\\\\M=P+0.005P\\\\M=1.005P

Therefore , the required algebraic expression is 1.005P .

Hence , this is the required solution .
