Answer:

The barometer is supporting 75 cm of Hg due to atmospheric pressure.

Since the manometer is open to air pressure, the gas pressure is supporting the air pressure plus the 30 cm of Hg.

So the "absolute" gas pressure is 75 + 30 = 105 cm of Hg.
