cell transport- water's role as a solvent helps cells to transport nutrients and dissolved oxygen from cell to cell through out the plant body.

blood-blood is water based solution which help carry molecules include oxygen,carbon di oxide, amino acid, glucose etc. throuh out the body of animals.
