When you divide a fraction, you keep the first fraction the same, change the sign from division to multiplication, and change the 2nd fraction into its reciprocal, in other words you flip the fraction.

For example; (2/3)/(1/2)

Change the sign; (2/3 x 1/2)

Flip the second fraction; (2/3 x 2/1)

Multiply them as you would; 2/3 x 2/1= 4/3
