A. Experiences very little REM sleep. Most dreaming occurs during REM sleep because your body needs to experience some form of paralysis in order to not act out your dreams.

This is because REM sleep is when you tend to dream, and being awakened then would make it more likely for him to remember his dreams. He most likely thinks he doesn't dream because he doesn't remember them.
