If you were to be a leader of some sort what stuff would you do to help out your community

If I was a leader of a community I would help people achieve their goals and help fix the environment. I would try making the neighborhood clean. I will also try helping people stay happy. If people have suggestions on things I can do to help out the them I will gladly accept.
