Length=17

width=13

Explanation:

W=width

L=length

Perimeter = 2w+2l since it's a rectangle

W=l-4 (given)

Plug into perimeter equation

Perimeter =(2l-8)+2l

=4l-8

60=4l-8

68=4l

17 =l

W=l-4=17-4=13
