Explanation:
20% of x
20% of x = 0.2x
20% of x = y ⇒ 0.2x = y
y% of 20
y% of 20 = 20*y/100 = 0.2y
0.2y = 0.2*0.2x = 0.04x
y% of 20 = 4% of x
