Point A has been translated to A'(in red) which has the coordinates (4, -1).

As we can see every side of the polygon are same in length.That means no change in the size of polygon.

Translation rule that defines the image A' from A is,

A(1, 2) → A'(4, -1)

A(x, y) → A'(x+3, y-3)
