ab = 10a +b
ab0 = 10* (10a + b) = 10ab
ab0ab = 1000ab + ab = 1001 ab

(10ab + 1001ab) ÷ (ab) - 1 =
(1011ab) ÷ (ab) - 1 =
1011 - 1=
1010
