It's not the best fit ever, but it's close enough. The drawing I did is my best guess. Without knowing the actual numbers, it's impossible to get the actual regression line.

The location of this outlier is (x,y) = (7,4). This means x = 7 and y = 4 pair up together. Since x is the width and x = 7, this means a width of 7 is an outlier.
