This include freedom of speech,freedom of movement, freedom of thought.

Civil right ensure physical and mental integrity, life and safety,ethnicity, religion,disability while civil liberties ensues right to own a property, right to life, right to defend oneself.

Classes within the society brings about segregation and most times does not bring about equal right this is because preference are given to some class of people.
