Nuture you are taking care of something, helping it grow, usually (under a roof/in a house) For say, you have a baby you nuture your baby meaning you feed it, change it, teach it etc. If the baby was growing up in nature, it wouldnt be taught it would have to do those things on its own.

Proper nutrition promotes growth, leads to health and longevity, and promotes intellectual growth by affecting the brain and psyche.

Nature in general refers to the phenomenon of the physical world as well as life; It also extends from subatomic particles to the universe itself.
