How do you find the area of a circle and what is the formula for it

formula is πr² ( pi x radius squared)

Explanation:

the value of π is 3.142...

multiply this value with the squared radius of the circle and you'll get your answer.

For example:

we have a circle with diameter 5

so, π x 5² = 3.142 x 25 = 78.5
