Are there laws regulating ocean noise pollution in any country or internationally?

I'm working on a project and I can't figure it out! All the articles on the laws I find are from a few years ago, and I need to know the current situation! If you find something PLEASE leave a link to it or like the name of the law so I will be able to find it and cite it. Thank you!​
